Chapter Nine

Still breathing deeply, Ruby slowly drifted into consciousness, hearing the low voices of Tev and Zay. She was facing the wall of Tev’s quarters, so they didn’t know she had woken. Curiosity made her keep her breathing even and listen in on their conversation.

“You’re certain the Ambassador won’t notice the difference?” She recognized Zay’s hushed tone.

“I don’t want to put these on her either, but Bir has given us our orders. Two more days and she is ours for good.” The clink of metal, Ruby knew it was her collar and cuffs. She couldn’t help the sigh. Then stilled again as both men fell silent.

“She’s so beautiful, I don’t want to take her back to the Ambassador's quarters. She is vulnerable and unprotected when we aren’t around to guard fish face. It’s no way to treat our sheraz.”

Well, it seemed as far as they were concerned, she already belonged to them. She took the time to weigh up the pros and cons of belonging to four sexy, although a bit strange, brothers.

Returning to Earth seemed the last thing on her mind as she thought it over.

There were a few questions she needed answered, but as far as she could see, there was no downside to being a wanton sex goddess with several devoted husbands.

She smiled at the longing in Zay’s tone. “No more damn fuck droid for me. Throw the thing into the recycle unit.”

Tev snorted. “This coming from you, after you broke it.”

“I didn’t break the damn thing. You used it last.” She could hear the amusement in Zay’s voice.

“Oh, no, brother, you used it last, I never got to use it at all, before it short circuited.”

Intrigued by their argument, she couldn’t stay still any longer and rolled over.

Tev, shirtless, had his arms folded and was glaring at Zay. Even though they weren’t born brothers, they acted like squabbling siblings.

“Is a sex droid what I think it is?”

Two sets of golden eyes turned on her.

“You're awake.”

“Uh, huh.” She sat up, unabashed by her naked body, and raised a questioning eyebrow at her men. Her men, yes, she liked it.

Tev quickly dropped to his knees by the bed and took her hand in his. “Ruby, sweetness, I’ve sworn off the thing. You are everything I need and desire.”

She giggled. He was so damn sweet. “It’s okay, you guys have needs. I understand that, just as women have their own toys on Earth.”

“Toys?” Zay sat down on the other side of the bed, running his hand up over her arm to cup her breast, weighing it in his palm.

“Yes, you had a sex droid. I had a vibrator.”

Tev frowned, rising from his knees to sit on her left side.

“Vibrator, what is it? A form of male sex droid?”

“Oh no, just a rubber cock that vibrates so women can bring themselves to their own peaks. Not every human man is as good as you guys.”

Zay snorted. “Well, it is something you will never need again. We will always take care of you needs.
